New training centre opens marking expansion for leading training provider

Total Electrical Training and its sister company Total Comms Training; have teamed up with Specialist Instrument Services to offer a comprehensive range of training to the electrical and comms cabling industries. As part of the strategic alliance, the course offerings will be available from late June 2013 at the state of the art SIS training facilities in Norwich. Bringing these courses into a geographical area, often overlooked will for the first time enable electricians, engineers and comms cabling installers to be trained to a nationally recognised level
The process of expansion marks a bold initiative for the company with the course offerings mirroring those on offer at the company’s headquarters in Harlow Essex. The opening of this second centre also enables the company to increase the number of courses on offer at highly competitive prices. The other significant factor was that in East Anglia alone, there are a number of professionals who have ruled out gaining qualifications simply because attending a course would involve additional overnight expenses which will be a thing of the past.
Commenting on the expansion, Operations Director Gareth Whitney says, “we have been looking for a while for a strategic alliance with a nationally based company. Working with SIS give us an opportunity for us to expand our business activities with the added benefit of a close relationship. I firmly believe that the markets that we will now be serving will also see significant economic benefits, especially when applied to those individuals who are involved in series of courses.’
